Ray Liotta’s daughter Karsen breaks silence after Goodfellas star’s sudden death

Karsen Liotta has shared a heartfelt tribute to his late father Ray Liotta, who died suddenly last month, aged 67.

Goodfellas actor Ray Liotta dies aged 67

Karsen Liotta has opened up on social media for the first time since the sudden death of her father Ray Liotta last month, aged 67.

The Goodfellas star died in his sleep in the Dominican Republic, where he was filming for the upcoming film, Dangerous Waters.

The actor was pictured in high spirits days before his death holding hands with fiancée Jacy Nittolo, 46, who he was engaged to for two years.

In a touching post on Instagram, Karsen shared a photo of the star holding her in his arms, with the caption: “Those who knew him, loved him. You are the best dad anyone could ask for. I love you. love. Thank you for everything.”

In less than 24 hours, the post was liked by more than five thousand users and received 650 responses from fans and celebrities.

Among the well-wishers, one fan wrote, “Sweet Karsen! I’m terribly sorry for your loss. What an amazing human being your father was. I will cherish those memories of when you and he first met. I always send you love. love.”

Another added: “A legendary spirit that I grew up watching. Real genuine eyes that made you feel his passion on screen. I wish I could have met him personally. I will miss him for the rest of my life. life. May you continue to find peace and healing.”

Meredith Marks, meanwhile, of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City fame, replied, “Sending love and positivity.”

And Disney’s Descendants actress Sarah Jeffery simply said, “I love you both.”

His daughter Karsen, 23, continued the tribute by adding several more photos to her recounting of her favorite memories with her father.

Liotta’s fiancée, Jacy Nittolo, wrote a heartbreaking tribute 48 hours after his death.

“My life for the past two years has been nothing but truly magical,” she wrote.

“Ray and I share a deep love that I will treasure in my heart forever. We laughed every day and were inseparable.

“The chemistry was wild in the best way. He was everything to me and we couldn’t get enough of each other. The kind of true love you dream of.

“He was the most beautiful person inside and out I’ve ever known…and even that’s an understatement.”

The Dominican Funeral Home, where Liotta’s body was held, reportedly made arrangements to fly him back to Los Angeles via private plane at the request of his family.
